Clarity of Mission
There is so much to be done in the telecom industry. We know what our mission is, and upon that we focus our resources and plans. Specifically, our mission is Cloud PBX, Premise PBX and Carrier Services.
Forced Growth
As an organization we resist growing. We don’t want to be big, manage regional offices, or have a legion of employees, a large building and an overhead that enslaves us. We will grow as customer demand forces us to grow and through partner referrals.
Stay Small/Tribal–Fluid
A popular leadership book entitled From Barbarians to Bureaucrats captures a bit of our fear. There are plenty of bureaucrats. We want our focus to be our mission, not the organization. We plan to remain small, mobile, flexible, and intimate . . . tribal.
Skilled at Leadership
We believe most failures that are blamed on poor execution are in truth the result of poor leadership early in the process. When leaders are focused, the result is good decision making. The clarity of our mission keeps us focused and grounded.
Crawl, Walk, Run
We view our development as an organization in stages: crawl, walk, and run. This assumes a progression over time that requires patience, anticipation, and dreaming/planning/hoping. We are not, now, all that we will be.
